How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at ₱80 and varies based on the delivery address. All orders over ₱999 get free shipping! 

How long does it take to ship my items when I buy online?

Processing takes 1 to 2 days. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days in Metro Manila and 5 to 7 business days outside Metro Manila.

Products purchased through the KLAD website are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Terms & Conditions apply.

Keep it Dry & Store Properly

Avoid wearing it while swimming, bathing, or doing strenuous activities. Store in a dry, airtight container or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

Avoid Chemicals & Abrasives

Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to prevent tarnishing. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that could scratch the plating.

Clean Gently & Replate if Necessary

Use water with liquid soap to wash occasionally. Then use soft cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or oils. If the plating wears off, consider having it professionally replated to restore its appearance.
